Access to a community of peers via an online forum.

Access to monthly webinars with experts in education rights and disability rights, financial wellness and self-care.
Access to weekly meditation, yoga and exercise classes that mothers can take whenever they find time in their busy schedules.

Kids With Autism Can

Mission Statement: To help kids with Autism (and other spectrum disorders) work towards independence through socialization, therapy and education. Kids With Autism Can will encourage parents to work with their children to foster skills of independence by focusing on their strengths.One of our goals is to create events where kids with Autism can come together in a safe environment to focus on fun and socialization.One of the future goals of the Kids with Autism Can organization is to help our older students successfully transition from secondary education to higher education institutions. We believe that as the organization grows, we will be able to contribute much needed resources and attention to a transitional program for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders.We plan to continuously improve this site to provide increasing support for families. We plan to provide a place where families can share positive stories, hints, and suggestions.

Krystal is a certified children’s yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga, and working towards a DONA certification as a postpartum doula; with extensive knowledge and experience in mental health, child development and special education. As a resident of Mesa for 10 years, she has spent 6 plus years working with the culturally diverse population of the east and west valley of Arizona. Krystal decided to make the move from children’s mental health to teaching children’s Yoga and supporting mothers during postpartum, in efforts to bring peace, compassion and happiness to the families of her community.

Utilizing a peer mentorship model, MORIAH helps foster empathy, acceptance and friendship between children with special needs and neurotypical peers.
