Dear Unicorn Haven families, clients, supporters and fans,
We are at a juncture in the business where we need to expand or take a break. It is with a heavy heart that we decided taking a two-year break would be best. We will not be offering classes in 2021/22.
In today’s challenging environment, we have struggled like all moms and dads out there. Both of us have been balancing home and work-life. As mentioned, we are at a point in the business where we need to expand. Unfortunately, we do not have the time or funding to expand the business and make it more viable. When the time is right, we will re-asses and decide whether to re-open or completely close. We believe we have a good recipe for success, a clear understanding of what needs to happen in order for us to open again, a heart for our unicorns and you, their families, and caregivers.
We are hoping to return in two years, with more services, classes, and support for the community.
In the meantime, we have listed below a few resources. We truly hope these are helpful.
Thank you for all your support over the years! We truly appreciate you and we will always treasure how unique and wonderful each and every one of you are.
Stay safe and well,
Susie Turrey and Barbora Hladek
