Registration Steps for our Social Groups
#1 Fill our intake/registration forms
If your child has significant delays in communication or behavioral problems, please give us a call before filling out the intake forms.
These forms will only need to be filled out again if there is a significant change in information during the time enrolled or re-enrolled.

#2 Choose a class
Decide which class you would like the student to attend.
If you need help with deciding or finding the appropriate class, call or text 602.909.3223
If we need more information to get a better picture of your child's abilities, or more detail about specific accommodations needing to be made, we will call you after you submit the registration forms.

#3 Visit our store to pay
You will be able to choose the class / classes you want to register for.
If you are using ESA to pay for the classes - there is a spot during the checkout to indicate that.
If you are using the Sliding Scale you will need to put in your discount code for the price to be adjusted before check out.
(Sliding Scale and Discount Codes are for 8 week classes only)
During check out you will be re-directed to PayPal and given the option to pay with a credit/debit card.
If you need other payment options please contact us.

#4 You will receive a confirmation receipt from PayPal and a welcome e-mail
You will also be invited to join our secret Facebook Group - Parents of Unicorns so you can talk to the other parents who enrolled their child and/or adults enrolled in our programs.
If you used ESA as a form of payment you will receive all necessary documentation during the first day of the class your student is enrolled for.
