(Recommended Ages 14 to 16)
Combining Mindfulness and Social Thinking® students will be challenged to infer and explain social expectations in a variety of complex scenarios. Instruction will include various mindfulness techniques and how to incorporate them with with concepts just as being a part of a group, social perspective-taking, the friendship peer-a-mid, and other related skills.
This class lasts for 1 hour – 8 week session once a week
